After an interview with the HR team, you will meet our teams, either online or in our premises, to talk about your aspirations, your operational skills, our missions and our corporate vision. Travel expenses to meet our teams will be reimbursed upon proof, and in accordance with our “travel expenses” policy.
All our offices (both our own and co-working spaces) are in the city centre, easily accessible by public transport. These open-plan offices, with nice break areas and meeting rooms, are ideal for collaborative work.
Our Work From Home policy is very extensive and flexible. Everyone can arrange their working hours as they see fit, while respecting their missions and any client constraints. Our priority is the well-being of our teams! And as an added bonus, we offer an allowance so you can equip your home office and get the most out of working from home!
Your Welcome Pack will be ready on the day of your arrival. In addition to your ready-to-use computer, our SI team will be on hand to give you the necessary tools, and the HR team will provide you with all the other information you need to get started while waiting for your induction day!
In addition to internal training, feedback and other opportunities to share ideas, we organise regular team events. The highlight? Our SpringOff, a green seminar with all the teams to get together and discuss our corporate vision.
